Warranty Replacement/Returns Questions/problems should be directed through the “Contact Us” link. Part number and name are needed. Approximate date of purchase is helpful. Describe your concern. Pictures sent as an attachment are helpful. We will respond within 1 business day to answer your question or resolve your problem. An RGA number and shipping instructions will be given IF the material is to be returned. Packages will not be received without an RGA number.  

Shipping PolicyWe will confirm your order by E-mail and ship within 48 hours, using UPS. You will be provided a tracking number when your shipment is sent. Inquires should be made though “Contact Us” link. Do not accept your package if it has been damaged in shipment. Once accepted, UPS has no responsibility, and you will have no legal recourse.

Carpet Belt / Transport Band Installation Instructions The following steps will save you time and money:

  • Now is the best time to assure all hardware is in good working order. Bounce plate, Roller assemblies, Bearings, Springs and all belt support components, should be cleaned andlor replaced, if need be.
  • The arrow on the belt indicates the direction of rotation.
  • Run the belt long enough to assure it tracks properly.
  • Check that tension is appropriate.

Warranty: Your Carpet is covered for THREE years against defects in material or workmanship. Good Maintenance: A clean belt will last longer. Regular cleaning is advised.

Follow these steps:

  • Any household cleaner works well. Citrus based cleaners like "simple Green" or "Orange Glo" do a good job of removing heavier oils. Commercial grade cleaners may be too concentrated, and damage your belts.
  • Rinse with water.
  • Blot or vacuum to dry.

Warning! Damage and/or destruction by excessive dirt may void your warranty.

Ball Wheel Liners Installation Instructions

Any contact cement or epoxy of choice can be used to affix the strips to a clean dry area of the wheel. Be sure there is no oil film on the wheel. Oil will cause your adhesive to fail.
